Export Quality
Size range from 15 to 76mm, copper tube is suitable for gas, water supply, and other tubing systems. Quality control is rigorous and systematic to ensure the best possible quality.
Comply with BS EN 1057
Copper tubes are manufactured in accordance with BS EN 1057:1996: Table x. Tubes are externally marked at regular intervals along each tube with the standard complied, size, type and brand name.
Certification granted
copper tubes are tested by Nutek Systems Limited, a laboratory approved by the Hong Kong Special Administration Region (HKSAR), to ensure quality standard of fittings. The Water Authority of the HKSAR certifies copper tubes for water supply projects.
Pipe fittings
For best connection result, it is recommended to use Lancen brass compression fittings, brass/copper solder ring fittings, brass/copper ends feed fittings, brass MI×FI fittings and push-fit fittings. A wide range of sizes is available.
Plain half-hard copper tubes are suitable for systems such as drinking water, central heating, sanitary, cold and hot water, gas application.
Half-hard copper tube for cold water has extruded Polyethylene coating (BS 3412: 1976), along the full length of the tube, to protect copper tube from damage. Hence time and cost are saved to avoid hand wrapping with tapes. It reduces condensation on pipes and is suitable for pipework underground, behind walls or in open area.
Half-hard copper tube for hot water has extruded Polyethylene coating (BS3412: 1976) with air gap, which provides a thermal barrier to reduce heat loss, It reduces noise and condensation, while the coating provides protection against both corrosion and abrasion. It is suitable for domestic hot water systems.
